Our Therapy Services

At Evenflow Therapy, we recognise the unique nature of every client.

01.

Evenflow Therapy provides personalised therapy sessions, catering to the distinct needs of each client, working with adults, young people and children.
Provision is crafted to offer a secure and nurturing environment to explore whatever you need in whichever way will be most effective.

Effective therapy stems from a well-attuned relationship; we will dedicate time to connect with you and jointly establish an effective therapeutic alliance. Space will be made to check in on your journey; to refelct on what is working or where we need to pivot to ensure we meet your unique needs and goals.

Sessions are available both in-person in the Evenflow Therapy office or via online/telephone to accommodate your preferences.
We also offer Walk & Talk Ecotherapy.

02.

Join a group session to connect with individuals who are navigating similar challenges. Facilitated by a skilled therapist, these sessions provide a supportive space for sharing, learning, and cultivating effective coping mechanisms.
