Evenflow Therapy provides personalised therapy sessions catering to the distinct needs of each client.

Provision is crafted to offer a secure and nurturing environment to explore whatever you need in whichever way will be most effective.

Effective therapy stems from a well-attuned relationship; I will dedicate time to connect with you and jointly establish an effective therapeutic alliance. Space will be made to check in on your journey; to reflect on what is working or where we need to pivot to ensure we meet your unique needs and goals.

Sessions are available both in-person in the Evenflow Therapy office or via online/telephone to accommodate your preferences.

Walk & Talk Ecotherapy is also available.

Alongside other integrative methods, I draw on non-directive play therapy, providing children with a safe and supportive space to explore and express their feelings.

Instead of focusing on talking, this approach allows

children to communicate in the way that comes most naturally to them—through play. The therapist follows the child’s lead, trusting that the child will express what they need to in their own time and way.

This gentle, child-centered method helps children make sense of difficult experiences, build emotional resilience, and develop a stronger sense of self. Sessions are 45 minutes long and typically take place weekly. They are one-to-one with the child and therapist, while parents are offered separate review sessions to stay informed and supported throughout the process.

Sessions are available both in-person in the Evenflow Therapy office or via online/telephone to accommodate your preferences.

Provision is rooted in a deep appreciation of how early relational experiences—particularly those involving trauma and disrupted attachment—can shape a child’s inner world and influence their ability to form trusting relationships. We also recognise the emotional demands placed on those who support these children.

Caring for young people affected by relational trauma often requires extraordinary emotional resilience, and over time, this can lead to compassion fatigue, burnout, or what is known as "blocked care."

To counter this, we prioritise the wellbeing of the adults surrounding the child. Just as airline passengers are reminded to secure their own oxygen masks before assisting others, caregivers and professionals must attend to their own mental, emotional, and physical needs in order to provide sustained, attuned, and compassionate care.

Provision is tailored to meet the evolving needs of those in caregiving roles and may include clinical consultation and formulation, reflective supervision, dedicated thinking spaces, therapeutic training, and self-care support, designed not only to support the child’s recovery but to strengthen the capacity and resilience of those walking alongside them.

As an experienced integrative counsellor working with children, young people, and adults, I am now offering supervision as I complete my training as a supervisor.

My approach to supervision is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model, offering a reflective, relational space where you can explore your client work, professional identity, and development. I integrate creative methods into the process, tailored to suit your individual style and needs, supporting both insight and growth.

I welcome:

  • Qualified counsellors and therapists

  • Newly qualified practitioners

  • Trainees, subject to your training provider’s supervision requirements

Supervision is available online and face-to-face, depending on your location and preference.

If you're looking for a collaborative, supportive, and creatively informed supervision space, I’d be delighted to hear from you.
