Many individuals seek a safe environment to explore issues, feelings, thoughts, or actions that may be causing difficulties in their lives. Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling can assist with this.

Integrative therapy blends techniques from various therapeutic schools to address issues such as Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's), anxiety, low mood, depression, trauma, grief & loss, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, work stress, etc. The therapeutic process is also successful even where there is no presenting issue, supporting curiosity and insight towards personal growth.

By drawing on diverse techniques and models, integrative therapy acknowledges that no single approach is universally effective for all issues or people. This adaptability means interventions can be tailored specifically to a client's unique circumstances, enhancing relevance, impact and outcomes.

Evenflow Therapy also offers bespoke therapeutic provision tailored specifically for individuals in the creative industries. Consultation with Dr. Adam Ficek, a renowned consultant and psychotherapist in music and mental health, highlights our dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional mental health services in the North East, a vibrant hub for music and creativity. We are here to provide a safe and nurturing environment for exploration, curiosity, and self-discovery, assisting creative professionals in navigating the intricacies of their creative processes and unlocking their full potential.

Evenflow Therapy provides a safe and non-judgemental environment to support curiosity and self-understanding: Ailsa is experienced in working with neurodiverse individuals in a supportive, tailored way.

If this resonates with you, please contact us to arrange a meeting. Each therapy journey is unique, and we can navigate it together.
