Many people come to therapy looking for a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, or experiences that may feel difficult to hold on their own.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel the way they do. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s going on- at your own pace.

How I Work

I offer integrative psychotherapeutic counselling, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. This can support with a range of experiences, including anxiety, low mood or depression, trauma or difficult past experiences, grief and loss, self-esteem and identity, and relationship or work-related challenges. You don’t need to come with a clear issue. Therapy can also be a space for curiosity, insight, and personal growth.

A Flexible, Individual Approach

No single approach works for everyone. That’s why integrative therapy is designed to be adaptable and responsive to you as an individual. Together, we can find ways of working that feel relevant to your experience, supportive and manageable, and meaningful and effective.

Working with Creativity

Evenflow Therapy also offers therapeutic support for individuals working in the creative industries.

Creative work can bring both fulfilment and challenge. Therapy can provide a space to explore the emotional impact of creative work, experiences of pressure, identity and uncertainty, and the relationship between creativity and wellbeing. This area of the practice is informed by consultation with Dr. Adam Ficek, supporting a thoughtful and specialised approach to mental health within creative fields.

A Safe and Supportive Space

I aim to offer a space that is safe, non-judgemental, and collaborative, where you can explore your experiences with openness and curiosity. I also have experience working with neurodiverse individuals, offering a flexible and tailored approach that respects different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing the world.

Working with Young People and Families

I also work with children and young people, offering a supportive and age-appropriate space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings in a way that feels comfortable to them. For younger clients, this may include more creative or flexible ways of working, helping them express themselves when words feel difficult to find. If you are a parent or carer, you may be noticing changes in your young person, or feeling unsure how best to support them. Therapy can offer a space for them to be heard, as well as gentle support and guidance around how we might work together.
